Matt Malczewski did a great job selling our home and helping us with the purchase of our new home. On the sell side, he was able to get us multiple offers in an uncertain market by pricing the property competitively and sending a designer to help make our home as desirable as possible. We didn't make any design changes but the decluttering made our house look bigger. He also negotiated favorable inspection terms and a seller rent back while our new house got renovated. On the buy side, he helped us find an off market property and was able to negotiate seller help. I have worked with many realtors, but Matt is easily one of the best that I've worked with. He is extremely professional and his communication skills were excellent every step of the way. The team at Vybe Realty are top notch! I have worked with Matt in the past and he is one of the most communicative, efficient and most dedicated agents out there. He really shows he cares about his clients and does everything he can to ensure they are getting the best outcome they can for their home purchase!

We worked with Neil Patel, he was very patient as we tried to figure out where we wanted to buy a house, showing us properties in Columbia, laurel, and finally Baltimore where we found the perfect home. Neil was able to walk us through the home buying process and ensure that all of our questions were answered. He was super responsive and was able to work around our busy schedule.
