Ryan made the home buying AND selling experience such a breeze. First of all, he was always readily available to show us homes, which was so important at a time where homes were being sold faster than they could be seen. We had a fantastic experience working with Ryan for the purchase of BOTH our homes in the last 5 years. The most recent house we were especially impressed, as was our mortgage broker and the selling agent. From a first time home seller point of view, I could not have asked for a better experience. I came to find Ryan via a google search for local Realtors and after a few interviews with other Realtors around the Baltimore area, I had the most positive and comfortable feeling going into the home selling process with him. He was always available to be contacted, was willing to answer and explain any questions that I had about the process. He was able to recommend and provide options to me each step of the way to which helped shorten the time our property was on the market. For a brief scope, our property was listed for 1.5 days and had received multiple offers over asking price before we had selected a purchaser. He priorities your selling experience to make it the best that it could be. For me, that was something that I wanted and was looking for in a Realtor and he made it happen.
