I cannot sing Rachel’s praises enough. My first home buying journey has taught me that the most important person in this process is your agent. If you don’t have an agent in your corner whose goal aligns with yours and your best interest, it will make for an extremely stressful journey. That was definitely NOT the case with Rachel. After two agents that taught me there is such a thing as a BAD agent, Rachel was my third time’s the charm. She was supportive, genuine, honest, diligent, and relentless! Rachel treats the process as if she’s buying the ideal home for herself and not just another client. She welcomes you like family, putting you at ease by keeping you well informed EVERY step of the way. She gets to know your wishes and desires and tailors listings that she feels best matches your preferences and price range. She truly listens to you as the buyer and makes you feel seen and heard. I purchased a home in a different state from which I resided and viewing homes under those circumstances would have normally been challenging but not with Rachel. Rachel went to all the listings I liked and video called me to see the homes, expressing her honest opinion on whether she felt each home would suit me and my needs. She even sent videos after the fact for reference for each home. She really went above and beyond, even driving way out of her way to see a home I liked. When I got discouraged, Rachel carried us to the finish line keeping me focused and optimistic and in the end we prevailed. Rachel made it truly feel like a team effort, always giving 110% effort. And despite this being my first time, I unfortunately did have a baseline to compare her to, and gratefully she far exceeded that. At closing, Rachel was so thoughtful and gifted things she thought I would like to truly make the house a home. You will NOT be disappointed working with Rachel and honestly I’m not sure you’d find a better person for the job once you have her.

To say Rachel is an excellent Realtor is a gross understatement! Rachel represented my husband and I in two real estate purchases in the District. In a competitive market, Rachel went to bat for us negotiating terms that left all parties pleased. She was always responsive — explaining the process where we may have needed additional information— and quick to submit offers on our behalf making sure we didn’t miss opportunities. She was resourceful and advocated for us as if we were her own family. A consummate professional with a heart of pure gold and real estate acumen to match! You can’t go wrong working with Rachel.

Rachel is one hell of a realtor! She helped us when we were at our lowest in finding a home. We thought we could never afford a home with our income and credit but boy was we wrong. Rachel came through and worked long hours into helping us find a home in 3 months that was suitable for us. She was realistic with our expectations and she always gave her honest opinion. She even assisted us when she flew out the country. As a matter of fact, we are looking to use her again with the purchase of our next home. She’s definitely one of the best realtors in the DMV area and I’m looking forward to working with her soon.

Rachel Wilson made our dreams come true! My husband and I had a few different must haves for our first home. I needed a nice-sized yard. He needed a nice basement space. Rachel saw the potential in our home that initially we didn't, and when she suggested a second look, our eyes were opened. Five years later, my home garden is flourishing, and his mancave is one to be marveled. Amazing! I had a “list” of wants but honestly it was all over the place. Rachel scheduled a weekend for us to look at different house styles to help me really figure out my needs/wants. Once we did this Rachel was able to find me exactly what I wanted and needed! She knew what I needed before I did 😂. She was quick to reply and also found the most amazing mortgage team for me to work with as well. Hands down she is the best realtor and I will only be working with her in the future!
