Mario not only was great at helping us over the inevitable bump or two in the homebuying road, but he was also good at anticipating bumps and smoothing the path to homebuying so we wouldn't encounter problems. I highly recommend Mario to anyone looking for a home in the Baltimore area. He is incredibly knowledgeable about each neighborhood, provides the pros and cons for each home, is extremely honest when providing his opinion, and has phenomenal negotiating skills. He genuinely wants to help you find the best home that suites your needs within your budget and will go above and beyond to make this happen. As first-time homebuyers, he really took his time to explain each aspect of the process and answered all of our questions. He is also well-connected and can help you choose a mortgage lender, home inspector, and any other sort of contractor – all of which have been phenomenal! One thing that stuck out to us was that he told us when the asking price of a home was substantially over the true value of the home. To demonstrate this point, he sent us recently sold properties in the area and explained how the home we were considering compared to the recently sold units. In doing this, Mario saved us from overpaying for the home! In sum, Mario has unmatched expertise in homebuying in the Baltimore area and incredibly easy and fun to work with!
