I am very pleased at the customer service that Jim Gunsiorowski provided to me when I recently purchased my first home in the Hampden area of Baltimore. Jim is very knowledgeable in residential real estate. He was very accommodating and answered the questions I had about the property and more importantly the home-buying process. Jim has a very calm and reassuring manner and did not rush through the inspection process, the final walk-through or any of the other steps in the process (all the while explaining to me what was happening and working through key the decisions that I needed to make). Jim was also very thorough and made good on all my requests. He recommended contractors who would make reliable repairs as needed on the property and even movers. He gave me his full attention at settlement and his calm and easy-going personality put me at ease. I would definitely recommend Jim to others who need a reassuring and trustworthy real estate agent.

My wife and I engaged Jim Gunsiorowski and his team to sell our home in Locust Point. Jim was an outstanding realtor. He had in depth and real-time knowledge of LP and south Baltimore, understanding recent comps, active listings and what buyers were looking for. He was thoughtful around suggestions for staging and listing strategy that we thought were helpful in getting the rowhome sold. Lastly, we had some light renovation work that needed to get done on the house - Jim took an active hands on approach to recommending contractors and then overseeing their work. Since we were no longer living in Baltimore, Jim would stop by the house every few days and share progress pictures in addition to making sure the contractor was doing a good job. It was very helpful that Jim was local to the area in Locust Point - we think that made a huge difference. The closing process was super smooth with his team - they kept the buyer on time. Would highly recommend Jim without reservation!

Working with Jim Gunsiorowski was an excellent experience from start to finish!
