Katy was excellent! We went through so many houses as it was challenging finding something we loved in our price range and Katy was very pregnant at the time, but it didn't slow her down at all. Finally we found a house we loved, only to find out there were major problems with it during the inspection. I honestly wanted to leave in the middle of the inspection but Katy advised me to stick it out. Ultimately we revised our offer to offset for the repair work and got a renovation loan. Katy was so extremely helpful with dealing with contractors. She even used her experience to help us ballpark repair costs to make sure we were getting a fair deal. We settled with Raymond Solomon of R Solomon Construction and he and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job. Katy couldn't make our closing because she was giving birth but she had everything lined up for us. Truly a credit to her industry. We've lived in our house for 18 months and it still brings us so many smiles. Thank you Katy!

Katy is a dream. It's clear she takes on a personal responsibility to ensure that you find the home that's right for you. She was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process, patient, accommodating and very knowledgeable. It was a competitive market with high-interest rates and we were incredibly grateful to have Katy helping us navigate the whole way through. We never felt an ounce of pressure, instead Katy reassured us that she would stay with us for as long as it took to find the perfect fit. Fortunately, it only took us a few months, but when making such a significant purchase that quality was incredibly appreciated. We're about six months into our new home and couldn't be happier. Plus, Katy is just delightful to be around. Warm, transparent and knows the market. Highly, highly recommend.
