Jamie is an amazing realtor. I first had her recommended to me in 2013 and have worked with her intermittently since that time. She has been fantastically accommodating (driving me around to showings when I didn't have a car, doing wonderful zoom tours when I was out of town). She took the time to get to know me carefully and understand my needs and desires and has worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and homes in the Baltimore area and has a sharp eye for details. She gave me fantastic advice at every step of the process, getting me a great deal on an amazing home. She has gone above and beyond numerous times to provide excellent service. Professional, ethical, trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard working. I am not a particularly trusting person, so given the relationship between buyers and real estate agents, I naturally was skeptical and questioned everything. Every single time I researched something about buying a house or questioned something Jamie said to me, it turned out she was being 100% truthful with me and providing me with sound advice (even the times when it didn't benefit her). I feel this attribute is near impossible to find, yet Jamie consistently showed her honesty and professionalism. I could not recommend Jamie more highly. She was always prepared, extremely knowledgeable, hard working, diligent, and as patient as possible. Not once did she rush me to make a decision, and in fact, she advised me to be patient when I was considering making a quick decision on a house I did not particularly like (I was very eager to buy a home). By the end of it all, I felt strongly that Jamie provided me with the best service and representation I could find. Lastly, her expertise goes beyond what she knows. Her recommendations were exceptional as well. The home inspector she recommended did an incredible job and saved me from making a huge mistake. I had an exceptional experience with Jamie Walker & Associates!
