I bought my first home through Ali years ago. In that process she was nothing but patient and helpful in the touring process all the way to the selection process giving real expert advice for consideration. We started by looking for homes in 21230 and ended up moving over to Mt. Washington instead to fit more of what I was looking for. While this property was awesome in a great community it eventually came time to move and sell and Ali was ready and prepped giving me all of the resources I needed to help sell the home in a timely manner over asking. Excellent from beginning to end and always open to help however she can. Strongly recommend for any Baltimore home buying/selling.

We recently used Ali Hudler to buy our first home in the Riverside neighborhood of Baltimore. Ali was amazing to work with! She reached out right away when we inquired about searching for a home and set up a meeting in person to get to know us and understand our real estate needs. She gave us great recommendations for lenders, contractors, title companies etc. and reached out to set up connections with them on our behalf. She lives in Baltimore herself and is very active in the community, with a lot of experience and connections that she can call on the spot. We had a very fast closing time and she helped make everything move smoothly in our time crunch. We were first time homebuyers, and she was very patient and answered all of our questions day or night. She would communicate with the seller’s agent and all contractors for us and keep us in the loop at all times. Baltimore rowhomes are old, so we wanted to call a lot of contractors to check everything out before we closed on the house, which Ali gratefully set up. She is extremely personable and cares about her clients. We’re lucky to have her as our agent and neighbor!
