Teddi is amazing. From the initial meeting to closing was 3 months, and my house sold for aboveasking price. During the 3 months Teddi helped me create a plan then line up contractors to getpainting, gardening, and deferred maintenance completed. Teddi staged the house and kept meand the contractors on our plan target dates. The house was perfect and lush for open house.Teddi is a dynamo, fun, talented designer, and a great person to handle yor sale. I’m so glad I mether and her amazing team. Teddi is an exceptional real estate professional. She LISTENS to you instead of putting forth properties that benefit her (like other real estate agents I’ve worked with) . She worked so hard to find the right house for me and walked me through the entire process, which was important with me being a first time home buyer. She answered all questions promptly and negotiated with finesse. She was flexible and we did closing at the property. Teddi did a masterful job helping us get ready to sell by providing advice that helped us get a high quality offer on our home. Teddi also found us a buyer for the house before it even listed, which meant we never had to show our home to the general public. In fact, we only showed it once on 30 minutes notice and we got an offer that day. That's how amazing Teddi is at selling homes. Of course, it doesn't hurt to have a high quality product for her to sell. Work with Teddi, follow her advice and process and odds are, she'll bring the best possible buyer to the table. Teddi was an incredible realtor, and working with her was the best decision we made in the home buying process! She is honest and sets realistic expectations, and holds your interests as a priority. She went above and beyond all the way to close. She ensured that as first time home buyers we understood every step and took many calls to explain things thoroughly. She advocated for us at the end when she knew repairs weren’t done properly, and had a contractor come to the house to assess the work done - all 24 hours before close!!! She easily could have said, sorry you have to move forward, but she went above and beyond to protect us! I cannot say enough good things about Teddi! You will not regret working with her!!

Working with Teddi to purchase our home was an exceptional experience. Even though she represented the seller, she was always incredibly responsive and accommodating! Buying a home during COVID-19 comes with all kinds of challenges and limitations, but Teddi and her team were able to overcome everything using FaceTime, DocuSign, and all kinds of tech and innovative thinking to make our process go smoothly. Not only were we able to close on the day we wanted — we were able to do it on very short notice! But more importantly, you can tell Teddi is just passionate about helping people.
