Harold helped me buy first home. From our first conversation, he added value as he openly shared some of his investment strategies with me and helped me fine tune mine. He has a skill of simplifying complex transactions for everyone to understand. He advocates for his clients fully...even willing to walk away from a sizeable compensation for himself, if he sees that the deal is not GREAT for his clients (I'm speaking from experience because we passed on countless houses during our search). He also stays in relationship with his clients throughout the home ownership stage. I bought my house in 2019 and as of October 2024, he's still offering me resources to ensure my home is protected. Trying to locate and purchase a condo on the on the other side of the country in an area that I'm not familiar with is a bit daunting till I connected with Harold. He is amazingly knowledgeable, detailed, patient, and communicative and I felt like he was in my corner the whole way through. He took the time to provide me with info regarding not only the property, but also the title company process and the Maryland real estate law as it is very different than what I'm used to here in California. In fact, he was so trustworthy that I didn't meet him in person nor physically see the property till the property was already in escrow.
