Joel Horwich3 StarThis is the third time I will have found it necessary to post a review about Harbor stone. The other two disappeared.
To their credit, Harbor stone's marketing was good and they sold my building within a few months; However, I feel that the representation they provided me during the sale of my apartment building in Suburban Maryland was inadequate . Only three issues though: talking me out of my desired asking price; more importantly when taken in conjunction with that, talking me out of raising my rents before sale and then selling at that asking price.
My OPINION is that they looked out for the buyer more than they did for me and that I might have sold my building for much more than I did. Admittedly, This may be subject to refutation. In any case, the buyer has been smart enough to substantially raise rents.
Google reviews should be taken seriously, not eliminated IF the reviewee OR others disagree(s) with the content. If Harber Stone wanted a five-star review, I believe they should have looked out for my interest more adequately during the sales process or have acquired more satisfied customers who would provide favorable reviews during these several years. In any case, they have never responded to my allegations.
I will monitor more frequently now. The next time it disappears, I will repost more quickly.Sunday 19th May 2024

From deep knowledge of the regional market and property location amenities they thoroughly researched and presented a stellar sales strategy that resulted in a rapid sale despite a changing market. The price point achieved was spot on target. Despite a complicated scenario to negotiate they provided strong support and quality referrals to help on our end of the process. They were available 24/7 responding quickly as concerns and questions arose. They went out of the way on numerous occasions to go that extra mile for quality service. And beyond this they were exceptionally pleasant to work with. We highly recommend their high-quality integrity and services.Monday 6th March 2023
