Going into selling our home, we anticipated it being a stressful process. Not with Greg! He was extremely communicative, thorough in his marketing process and guided us through every step of the way. He took the time to sit down and review the plan to successfully sell our home, and took our thoughts/feelings into consideration as well. We felt very included, supported and able to ask any questions/voice concerns at any time of day. Greg made the selling of our home a very positive experience. Greg was highly recommended to me by a good friend of mine when I was looking to sell my condo in Baltimore County. After I expressed interest in selling my home, Greg immediately reached out to me and scheduled a video call to walk me through the process. He was extremely thorough and detailed about what his marketing efforts would entail and the importance of procuring multiple offers. I was feeling stressed about selling my home in Maryland while living in Northern Virginia, considering the traveling that would be required, repairs needed, having to be available for listing appointments, etc. Greg made suggestions about repairs I could make to the condo before listing the property. He provided me with names and contact information for people he trusted and used in the past that could complete the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. Greg never once made me feel rushed and was considerate of my needs as the seller. I ended up selling my condo to my cousin, and Greg assisted her through the process as the buyer. Greg always maintained a very high level of professionalism, even when there were setbacks. He communicated, was always responsive when I had questions or needed guidance and made me feel confident that we would get the deal done. I used Greg to sell our house in Baltimore City. He provided me with a few recommendations for some improvements before listing and the updates made a huge difference. Greg did a tremendous job of showcasing my home with professional pictures and through his marketing efforts. He was always available and responsive regarding any questions I had and provided me with timely updates on offers. Due to his extraordinary efforts, my house was sold quickly. Greg is awesome! He helped me to sell my house in the Canton area in less than 6 weeks!! He made a great first impression by coming to our first meeting prepared with comps for the area and good, realistic advice about preparing to sell my place. Greg was super responsive to all of my questions throughout the whole process. I think the best thing he did for me personally was to be sensitive to the fact that this was my home for 12 years and I was a attached to it and all it’s faults. He made the process comfortable and he negotiated to get me the number I wanted! I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family in the greater Baltimore area.
