Carrie Baniszewski1 StarOrdered Broker Opinion Value Reports on four properties on March 9th. Jim asked me when I needed the reports, I have no idea how long it takes to create a report and did not want to give him a unrealistic deadline so I asked, "How long do you need?" He said he needed a week to complete the four reports. The first report rolled in on April 12th, the second on May 7th, the third on June 22nd and as of June 29th (sixteen weeks after the order was placed) I still have not received the last report. This delay is costing my organization time and money and is making me look bad as I have had to push back my project dates multiple times.Thursday 29th June 2023
