Ben Garner and team are amazing at what they do. I finally decided to take the plunge on my first rental property in the Baltimore area, and I could say confidently that Ben knows the ins-and-outs of the region. We discussed if we would be appreciation or cash-flow specific and decided on a property that met my needs as a first-time investor. As we looked through properties, Ben was able to identify needs/pros/cons of each property with curated market analysis on the spot. Along with all of this intel, Ben made himself approachable and available for all important talks and decisions. I'm truly grateful to have met him and his team. Garner+Co is a great company with fantastic agents that have the in-depth expertise that is invaluable in Baltimore. I have purchased a Muti-Unit and a Lakeside home and adore both properties. I even sold homes out of state with Garner referrals for top dollar. It's always a pleasure working with Ben however, everyone on his staff is professional, responsive and resourceful. Ben & his staff are consummate professionals. Ben worked patiently for 7 months while I tried to find my new home. I wanted to be on big water and that wasn't easy to find. First time home owner here! Ben (and team) were amazing to work with. I had been searching for a property for months when I stumbled upon Ben because he was the listing agent for a house I was interested in. I didn't get that first house but he helped me find the perfect house that checked all the boxes - it took several months and I never once felt pushed. I was looking for a multi-unit property in order to rent a portion out and Ben found the perfect opportunity and made the first time home buying process SO easy. I quickly learned Ben is well-connected in the Baltimore and surrounding community and not only helped me ultimately find my first home that fit exactly what I had on my "checklist", but has helped me in my venture to be a landlord with my first property by offering guidance and connecting me to local professionals to help the process.
