Where do I begin? I had viewed so many houses on Zillow and stubbled on Eric. I was in full panic mode and needed a house ASAP. Eric was patient and kept me calm because I had only a few days/weeks to find a place to live. He found me the home of my dreams house and it is perfect. The house is everything I wanted, from the location to the interior design. He is defiantly passionate about his job and treated me with the utmost respect. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. This was my first time buying a house, so I had no idea what I was getting myself into, or know anything about the process. He sat me down and explained everything to me. When it came time for closing, the process was so unbelievably smooth and easy. He kept me calm and sat back and watched me while I enjoyed buying my first house!
