Trash place. No one responds. Realtors were ignorant. Reaching out to the management yielded no better results. Honestly, this place should be shut down. Incredibly rude, and thriving off of automatic foreclosure business. Really disappointing, do not use this company to sell your home or to buy a home. There are many realtors out there who will really do a good job. Unlikely to find anyone like that here.

I had previously thought New Car Salesman were at bottom of career jobs but my experince now puts ExecuHome Realty at bottom since my cell phone is plagued by requests for "My Review of ExecuHome Realty". Really annoying to constantly request someone to pat you on the back. Just saying, move on, get over it, stop such nonsense. So 1-Star from me.

Where to begin… It seems like in the early 2000’s when the real estate market started on its upswing that everyone became a realtor. Everyone thought they had what it took, an outgoing personality or a creative way to help people fall in love with things…. Truth is I have worked with some pretty great realtors but keep reading – this one takes the cake! I had been searching for a new home since June, and after having to part ways with 2 realtors, I broke the cardinal rule and decided to do business with a friend…. And after the experience I had, I will never buy another house in Maryland, without his help! The experience was AMAZING! First let me say that Im pretty particular about what I want, so I had some specific requirements and some non negotiables but the rest seemed to be learned throughout the process. Dimitrios was in one word ALL of the things that you need to have with you on a house hunt. He was truly – the epitome of – a REALTOR! During the home search process, he was objective, efficient, observant, knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, took feedback well, patient, flexible, and so on…. He noticed weird things about the way some of the renovation work had been done and helped me think through what that may actually impact or mean for me if it wasn’t done properly. He helped me with a measuring tape for doorways and floorplans to ensure furniture would fit how and where I wanted it to. He never complained about how many homes I may want to cram in to any given day or how some of them that just came on the market needed to be seen right away. And if you are looking anywhere near the Baltimore city or county, Dimitrios is your guy. Other realtors try to have an opinion about a neighborhood but he knows about the particular block! And if he doesn’t, he would research well in advance of the visit and observe when we were there what the neighborhood/other homes/neighbors/quality of cars/maintenance of properties/ etc looked like. He was about 10 extra sets of eyes on the process for me all in 1 person. It was INVALUABLE! And truly, I cannot imagine going through the process at the level I did without his guidance. Then – during the contract writing and negotiations, he was ON IT! He was always 1 step ahead and prepared to handle any objection. He was never afraid to make a hard phone call and 100% had my best interest in front of all else. Then when it came to inspections, he was completely involved and connected to the process, making sure I understood the details of what I was really asking for and what we should prioritize as well as what may be overkill. The entire time, It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, exactly what he was looking for, and that he was on MY team! Dimitrios Lynch is the guy you want on your team when you begin your home search. He understands and analyzes things in way that NO realtor I’ve worked with has ever done. He is thoughtful and will walk you through every step of the process. He truly cares about your experience and whatever is important to you, is important to him but he will protect you from yourself if you are missing things that are important (the house I fell in love with that was not in the best neighborhood, he really helped me think through what I was overlooking). Im grateful for his experience and the opportunity to work with him. When you start the Zillow search, or the list of what you want in your next home, CALL DIMITRIOS FIRST! You will be glad you did!
