2 words. 1 name. Linda Giovanni! This woman was our champion during the entire Home purchasing process. From beginning to end we felt safe, informed, and taken care of. When we first began searching in the early parts of summer 2019. We were unsure of our timeline and she was patient with us. At our first meeting she walked us through the process and educated us on certain parts of the process that was unfamiliar to us. She listened to us and empowered us. Something that I love that Linda did in the beginning was let us know who she is and how she likes to work. She even allowed us to weigh in on how aggressive she should be with us and on our behalf because different people have different needs. I always respected that she had that conversation with us. During the home search she was super flexible and understanding. I have more flexible hours than my husband did. She would often meet me at one time and then meet with him at a different time or a different day to show the same house. She waited patiently as we not only toured the homes but went through the home repeatedly for pictures, videos and the visualization of the placement of our belongings. Just a trooper! When it came to putting an offer in on a home she was informative but she allowed us to make our own decisions. She would ask for permission before weighing in. Her numbers for the neighborhood and the home were always on point. She really knows this business and this city! During the closing phase, we ran into more than a few bumps in the road. Bumps that had nothing to do with clients and almost everything to do with the bank we went with for the loan. She was patient but aggressive. She empowered us to be aggressive and participate in order to apply pressure to get the deal done. It finally went through and we closed and I believe a lot of that had to do with Linda being a great agent who was able to keep the seller and their agent at the table as we dealt with a difficult bank. At closing, Linda seemed so genuinely happy for us! She took the most awesome photos of us in front of our new home and she wrote the sweetest card. Linda is basically part of our village now. We will most certainly work with her again in the future and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thank you Linda! You're the best! :-)
