Best realtor I have ever dealt with, assisted me with purchasing a house in Maryland while I was living in San Diego. He made the process seamless and went above and beyond assisting in doing a loan assumption which very few agents have the experience and knowledge of how the assumption process works. Chi and his team were very efficient. A buyer was found within a month following the announcement of our home sell in a period where the market was not exactly easy. Chi works with an outstanding photographer who is doing an exceptional job to highlight the best assets of the house. As a result the selling announcement looked amazing. Further, Chi and his staff were very accomodating of our hectic schedule and they made every visit worked. Finally, Chi is well connected in his area of work and that was beneficial in the quick selling process. In brief, I recommend working with Chi&team.

We had a great experience with Chi and his team, who helped us to sell our house in Patterson Park. He was very responsive, explained everything about the process, and kept us apprised of what was going on with the viewings of the house. In addition, he went well above and beyond just being a typical real estate agent, in my experience. We were living about an hour away from the house we were trying to sell, so when we had renovations/repairs to do, it was hard for us to manage. Chi always stepped in and helped out by getting the contractors into the house and keeping us updated on the progress. In addition, when we had repairs to make in association with the contract on the house, he managed the contractors for us entirely. I strongly recommend that you work with Chi if you need to buy or sell a house!
