In a crazy, fast-paced real-estate market, Charlotte made the buying process so easy for us. She put zero pressure on us despite the fact that our search area was super wide and encompassed a wide variety of home types. Charlotte found houses and neighborhoods or areas we’d never even considered, but that we really ended up liking. Charlotte was extremely helpful when I was looking for an apartment to live in Baltimore. She normally doesn't help with leasing but heard I was new to Baltimore and knew I was in a time crunch to find a place to live. She was honest and wasn't just trying to put me up at any ole random apartment. She wasn't getting much commission (if any) either, but she wanted to help. She seems to really care about her clients/potential clients. I highly recommend using her.
