There are many real estate agents out there, but only a few that I truly trust to have the expertise, experience, and dedication needed to buy or sell a property. I've worked with Pete for several years now (both bought and sold a home) and I truly appreciated his valuable no-nonsense advice that greatly contributed to positive outcomes (other companies seem driven to just make a quick buck off commission). With so many options out there, I'm thankful I crossed paths with Century 21 Downtown and have recommended them many times over to friends looking for a first family home, or interested in investing. They're really the Baltimore experts!

My experience with Century 21 is A+ !! I wish all my clients had Pete Costello’s experience and integrity. Easy to deal with and honest. Pete Costello makes every project worth being a part of . I have been trying to contact a realtor about a property for days now and have called multiple times and sent an email: no response. Called the main office to speak with the office manager and guess what: no response. Shame. You should never have to chase any business like this especially in a commission based industry. Not good customer service at all! If a house is under contract, give a simple courtesy call, but don’t completely ignore calls/follow-ups. Will take my efforts elsewhere.

Wow!!! Laithe got the deal done!!! I had my house listed on Zillow for sale by owner. The house was a Rental for the past 10 years and it was in really rough shape. Laithe Took the time to come out and see it, he saw it at its worst, but still saw potential. He offered me a couple different options to either keep it for sale by owner or to help me list it. That was just the beginning. Because of Covid and complicated VA/FHA loan process we knew we would have a few hurdles ahead of us. Laithe, directed me what improvements to make, had the home photographed beautifully, and had a very strategic listing price to bring in high volume of traffic. He got me a top market offer and guided me through the process of a third party inspection, a VA inspection, appraisal, and getting the deal closed with the title company. This may be a sellers market, but it is very easy to lose a deal if you don’t have the right guy working for you. Laithe is willing to do whatever it takes to get on the phone with the city, the county, the title company, the other agent, or whoever he needs to to get the deal done. Without his hard work, his willingness to reach out to his colleagues, and his dedication, just deal with it fell through. But it didn’t, he got me top dollar And exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Laithe!!!

Trying to get a call back from a listing agent is impossible Gina Gargeu. The staff is rude. Real estate agent are a dime a dozen. The real estate business is a service oriented business which your agents and company have failed to realize. I'll contact the owner directly to tell them why they need to cancel their listing agreement with Century 21. Then I'll write my own contract to purchase the property.
