As a lifetime Marylander, I was raised in Westminster, attended Salisbury University and now reside in the Riverside neighborhood in Baltimore. I have also lived in many of the popular neighborhoods in Baltimore such as Fells Point, Mount Vernon, and Canton.
Although I graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, I initially wanted to be an Interior Designer and grew up with a desire to have a career where I could apply my passion for all things home and Real Estate. When I got my Real Estate license in 2017, I knew I had found my passion and where I ultimately was supposed to be in my career.
I am extremely passionate about what I do. So much that my husband has a hard time getting me to take a break! When we work together, client experience is of the utmost importance to me and I genuinely care about getting you to your goals with absolute ease. I joke with my clients that to me they're like my friends, but I mean that as I focus on providing a personal experience for each client. When the transaction is over, our relationship has just begun and I hope to be there for you for all of your future real estate needs to come.

Keri Merkle5 StarIf you’re looking for a realtor, look no further than Ashton! She is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. We always received quick responses and Ashton made it known to ask any questions if we had any. She really looked out for us in pointing out certain downfalls of houses we liked which was so helpful to bring us back down to earth and be realistic. As first time homebuyers, the process can seem overwhelming, but Ashton is very intentional in providing detailed information in an easy, digestible manner. She was organized and thorough from the first meeting to help us understand every step. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and maintained excellent communication. She is able to point out small details in homes you would likely not identify on your own and is very knowledgeable in explaining potential pros and cons. When we went to an open house on our own and loved the home, she drove straight from an out of town event to meet us at the home to walk through with us and to help us put together an offer right away. We had a few timeline hiccups from our seller and Ashton went above and beyond to ensure we were updated and advocated for our best interest at every step. Kim Amaducci5 StarI truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Ashton. I met Ashton at an open house she was hosting for a home in Locust Point a few years ago. Over the next few years, Ashton was always proactive in providing potential homes, willing to meet for a multitude of showings, and never made us feel rushed or pressured to find a home in any way. She always knew what to look out for in homes and raised red flags when needed. When I was finally ready to put in an offer, she was supportive, knowledgeable and on top of everything. She put a competitive offer together and made sure I was comfortable with it and, once accepted, organized everything from inspection to settlement. She puts together a comprehensive binder of any/all useful information I might need after settlement and sent the most helpful post-settlement reminder email that I have already referenced multiple times to ensure I am on track with everything that needs to be done in the first few days/weeks/months of owning a home. As a first time home buyer, I was able to put complete trust in Ashton and she delivered. I highly recommend Ashton for your buying/selling needs because she’s great at what she does and made the home search and buying process a really positive experience. Bill Morton5 StarAshton did an amazing job with the sale of our home on the 300 block of East Ave in Baltimore, MD! The entire process was completed in a matter of weeks and we rarely hit any obstacle due to the efforts of Ashton. She negotiated exceptionally well on our behalf and we always knew we were in good hands throughout the process. She assisted with identifying and facilitating all the communication with the stager and contractors. She even helped with some of the repairs herself! Mark Walther5 StarAshton was my realtor to purchase my first home in Baltimore, and she was incredible to work with. I went into the process a little blind as it was my first time buying, and it was much smoother than I expected having Ashton on board – she did all the heavy lifting. She was very accommodating for scheduling tours, inspections, etc. and puts you first throughout the process.
Ashton is also very in tune with the state of the market, and gives suggestions with thorough explanation/market research to support them, giving you the opportunity to make very informed decisions throughout the entire home buying process. While touring homes, she knows just what to look for in terms of what you might expect to need to replace/repair, and also has a very good gauge of evaluating where the listing price is relative to the fair market value of the house – all of which feed into her thorough feedback to support your decisions. Ashton also has great contacts for everything – lenders, inspectors, contractors, insurance, etc. and compiles them for you to use as needed after closing. She also has several recommendations for each vendor needed so you’re able to weigh your options. I personally used recommendations that she provided every step of the way and haven’t looked back – they were all great to work with.
All in all – can’t say enough positive things about working with Ashton. I will be turning back to her in my next home purchase/sale process, and she’ll be my recommendation to anyone I know looking to buy or sell.Saturday 3rd February 2024
