Amin is a gem. I was fortunate to work with him earlier this year on both the sale of one and the purchase of another family home. Amin is tireless, professional and reliable, and his empathy, expertise and sense of humor were the perfect combination to help me manage a stressful and uncertain time. He has an extensive knowledge of various market factors and what buyers and sellers are looking for, and he cares deeply about building relationship with and between clients and the various professionals involved in preparing a home for sale. In addition, Amin's personal touch is exemplified by his skill in listening to and communicating with his clients. No question is too small and no concern is too trivial. I was fortunate to learn of Amin by recommendation; previously, I had worked with three other realtors who, for varying reasons, did not succeed for me. By the time I met Amin, I had only enough knowledge to get myself into trouble, so I was immensely grateful for Amin's knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm. Amin was willing and happy to guide and educate me at any and every point during my home-buying process. Amin is a great Realtor! He was flexible and available with our work schedule. Amin made things happen quickly when it was needed. He encouraged us to be patient and think when we needed to. Amin expressed his thoughts about each home we looked at good and bad. Amin is a problem solver. He is a type of realtor that pumps that energy when things go rogue. He is not going to sugar coat anything when you either want to buy or sell your house. He will let you know straight up front what the challenges are. When it comes down to find anything that is related to a house he will find it because he built this web of networking from contractors, painters, carpenters, roofers, plumbers, etc……… You name it he will find that right person to get the job done.
